The lexus part number is 2825, and I found a generic at the first link below. Check the second link, below, and see if your car calls for any of these bulbs:

T10, T-10, 194, 168, 158, 12256, 12961, 2821, 2825, W5W
If it does, the ones at the first link will work for you.
